2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or purchasing on behalf of a business, to place an order on this website. By registering an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Product Listings & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the product page
• We make every effort to ensure product specifications, images, and stock status are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, including on orders already placed, with notice to the customer
• Product availability is subject to change without prior notice

4. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only once it appears under "My Orders" in your account with an order number
• Currently, orders are accepted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis; online payment options will be added in future
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund where payment was already collected

5. GST & Invoicing

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order, calculated as CGST + SGST for deliveries within Jharkhand, or IGST for deliveries to other states, in accordance with applicable Indian GST law. Business customers may provide their GSTIN on their account profile for invoicing purposes.

8. User Accounts

ARTECHONOLOGYJSR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website, including but not limited to production downtime, beyond the value of the product(s) purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
