All in-stock orders are QC-checked, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the following business day.
These are estimates based on courier partner timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier disruptions are outside our control.
Once dispatched, your order status updates automatically under My Orders, along with a status timeline showing placed, confirmed, shipped, and delivered stages.
Industrial items such as bearings and tooling are packed in protective, moisture-resistant packaging suitable for freight handling. Bulk orders are crated where necessary to prevent transit damage.
COD is currently our only payment method. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery, and that the address and phone number on your order are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch may incur an additional shipping charge.
